• Typically $50 per cleaner per hour. If charging per square foot – between 8-11 cent/sqft basic cleaning depending on frequency, 15-25 cent/sqft deep cleaning, .35 cent per square foot vacancy cleanings .75 on post construction

• EVERY SINGLE DAY 17 TIMES PER DAY 40 HOURS PER CLEAN!!! LOL honestly depending on the size. Typically I will see office spaces under 1000 sqft need commercial cleaning up to twice per week depending on traffic.
• Larger spaces OR spaces that have more than 10 workers in one space need 3 per week.
• Medical offices schools, food service places and spaces over 2000 sqft with over 15 employees need 5 days per week

• Yes to both! In NYC by law we must have 2 million general liability covering claims involving bodily injuries and property damage resulting from your products, services or operations. A Bond is not legally required but gives peace of mind to the clients and business owners as it is a legally binding contract between you, the company that carries the bond, and your customers, that provides recourse for customers and protection for you and your company against consequences of employee theft during janitorial or cleaning services. I’ve been bonded for 8 years now and never had to use it!

For new clients I will send my operations manager to assess the situation with the client to ensure we are delivering exactly what is being requested. He will create a work order approved by the client which will then be processed  Sometimes this isn’t necessary as the client will request something extra that we can already handle in that case we update the client work order and perform the job.

These products are commercial grade disinfectant, glass cleaners, specialized floor solutions, bathroom cleaners, everything even the non chemical stuff like brooms, mops duster rags – these are durable products that have great cleaning power. Also we order from a local supplier with a big selection of brand name products that is cost effective when ordering in bulk. These are more of the well known name brand cleaning products by Johnson and Johnson and Clorox. We can customize supplies used based on client preferences
